Warley Design has supported a wide array of industrial equipment design projects, including large bespoke machines for research purposes, cabinets containing control equipment and instrumentation used in metering for utility companies.
With a move to increase the functionality of control panels such as those used in gas and Fire Detection we have seen a greater requirement for thermal management and design for EMC containment, balanced with pressures to make products more attractive and fend-off aggressive pricing which often comes from overseas suppliers.
Our ability to combine the aesthetics of Industrial Design with sound mechanical engineering and cost-effective manufacturing has led to a number of successful Human-Machine Interface (HMI) design projects.
We have a finger on the pulse of the latest touch screen, membrane and keypad technology and are familiar with the supply chain in these technology areas.
