Quick-turn design and build of physical demonstration model of an electronics device

Development of a physical appearance model to assist the client demonstrate a concept to an important customer. Time to design, manufacture and paint the appearance model was just 3 weeks.

The design was in the concept stages at the time and needed to be re-worked into geometry that was feasible to manufacture. The finished appearance model was colour-correct and featured a full suite of representative I/O connectors.
