Thermal management & heatsink design for a high performance avionic product

We are supporting our client’s in-house mechanical design group by providing thermal management expertise involving the design and optimisation of a bespoke heat sink solution for a force-cooled avionic sub-system.
The design needs to hit the performance objectives under different operational environments (such as altitude) and critically hit pressure drop requirements whilst delivering cooling performance, all at the lowest possible mass.
