Project:

Design modifications to a large-scale industrial conveyor system to extend capability

Project involved the extension of a long-established production line to increase capability, giving the client the ability to make products that they are currently not able to make.
Scope of work involved:

• data gathering: collection of information from original 2D drawings and from site surveys
• accurate representation of the existing line in 3D CAD to use as the basis of the change
• design of extension components to interface with existing
• manufacturing documentation
• identification & liaison with manufacturers who have the capability to manufacture the new equipment
• ongoing supplier and client support through the manufacturing stage.
