Using our established connections with prototyping facilities we can utilize rapid and traditional (e.g. metalworking) prototyping techniques to generate prototypes for fit, form and functional testing to validate the concept.
Such systems typically feature sheet metal parts, parts machined from solid, cooling systems, cable harnesses, labels, plastic parts produced by rapid prototyping techniques such as Stereo lithography, urethane casting etc. In preference we chose to work with vendors who can prototype from 3D geometry for expediency.
We have an association with an excellent UKAS accredited test facility with whom we enjoy a very close and flexible working
relationship. Through the relationship we get to utilize the
test facilities for the purpose of engineering
experimentation/validation when required.
Once production-quality models exist we will organize and manage testing for product compliance/certification to both customer & regulatory requirements through our partner UKAS accredited test house as well as transfer the design to your chosen Contract Manufacturer and support the ramp to volume manufacture.
