We have over 25 years experience in developing products from initial product requirements through to transfer to volume manufacturing under an established ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

When supporting Electrical Hardware designers with holistic product realisation we take a greater role in project management to ensure that we adhere to our highly evolved product development process. In accordance with our Concurrent Engineering ethos we will ensure that all required disciplines are fully engaged at the appropriate time.

These services can be accessed individually by discipline and at any point throughout the evolution of the product but we can be of maximum benefit to you when engaged at the very beginning of a project whilst at the specification stage.  Only then can we utilise our experience in Cost Reduction in a pro-active Cost Avoidance fashion to ensure that cost is designed-out of the product as far as possible.

Our Compliance Engineering team ensure that the route to product compliance to both customer and regulatory requirements is planned and built-in to the product's development process, ensuring that compliance is just a formality at the end.  We have established links to accredited test facilities and notified bodies through whom we manage the Compliance activity to successful completion.
